Lauri Shakra — Owner/Operator
Lauri started Larson's Trucking in September 2003, with the desire to bring a professional attitude and her passion to recycle to the business of junk removal.
After spending 2 years as Manager of the Town of Kennebunk Transfer Station, then the Town of Kennebunk Public Works as a Recycling Ambassador, Lauri embraced the benefits of recycling and proper disposal of hazardous, community and household waste.
As simple as it sounds, Lauri loves to organize, cleanup, and de-clutter. She is passionate about the old adage, "A place for everything, and everything in its place."
In addition to her professional demeanor, punctuality, and quick service, many repeat customers call Larson's Trucking, because Lauri offers useful advice on recycling, disposal of hazardous waste, ways to prevent clutter from reappearing, and things businesses and homeowners may do, to keep disposal and hauling fees down.
